About Rocky Mountain Reagents

Rocky Mountain Reagents™, Inc. has been serving the Denver area since 1951. Over 50 years ago, Ewald Schug and George Kaufman started S & K Reagents, Inc. to manufacture stains, culture media and chemistry solutions for the medical industry. The current owner, Phyllis Sordelet, purchased S & K Reagents, Inc. in 1988. Since that time, the product line has been expanded to include titration reagents, indicators, acids, bases, and a variety of chemicals for industrial uses. The name was changed to Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. in October of 1996 as the company expanded its services. In December of 2001, the company purchased First Service Supply, Inc. With this addition, we are able to offer our customers a large variety of acids, bases, alcohols, solvents, and chemicals in ACS, Semiconductor, USP, FCC, Technical or Commercial grades. We are unique in that we repackage large volume chemicals into smaller, more functional product sizes and maintain economical prices.
