Quality Guarantee

Our products are prepared with ACS or Reagent grade chemicals unless otherwise indicated in the product description and are guaranteed to perform to their respective specification. Reagent Alcohol is used in all formulas requiring Ethyl Alcohol.

Custom Reagent Preparation

In addition to the products listed on this website, Rocky Mountain Reagents will be happy to manufacture your custom formulations. To obtain a quote, please have the custom formula or specification, the quantity desired and the packaging requirements available when placing the order. A written copy/fax of the custom formula or specification will help us insure that your custom order is produced to the exact specification requested. Price will be determined according to preparation time and cost of raw materials.

Terms of Sale

Payment is 30 days net from date of invoice. Unless otherwise instructed, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice or COD. While every effort will be made to avoid price increases, Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without advance notification. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

End Use of Products

Rocky Mountain Reagents products are intended for laboratory use only. These products may not be used as drugs, cosmetics, food additives or household chemicals.

Warranty

All reagents and chemicals are unconditionally guaranteed to conform to the specifications listed on our labels, in our catalog and on our website. Should a product fail to conform to its relevant specification, Rocky Mountain Reagents will replace the product at no charge.

Safety and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. solutions and chemicals are intended for use by trained personnel only. All personnel handling chemicals and chemical solutions should be trained in proper laboratory safety practices. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request. If you would like the MSDS to accompany your order, please request it when ordering.

Shipping

Most stock items are shipped the same day the order is received. For your convenience, we have included in our product description the DOT classification and UN number where appropriate. Items requiring a poison pack will be marked Poison PP. All additional shipping charges will be added to the invoice or COD. Ship dates will be given for non-stock and custom formulas on a per item basis.

Returned Goods

Returned shipments will not be accepted without prior notification and instructions. If your order is damaged during shipment or an error has been made in filling out your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we may correct the problem. No returned goods or claims will be accepted beyond 60 days. Custom reagents cannot be canceled once work on the items has begun or raw materials have been ordered.
